Sugar Cane's authentic Madras check fabric is woven in south-eastern-India (present-day Chennai) and an essential material for Ivy-style shirts of the 1950s–1960s. The fabric offers a unique texture and coloration that domestic production cannot replicate. The shirt features a button-down collar with durable double-needle stitching along the sideseams and armholes. Finished with a TRUE MADRAS label and custom three-hole shell buttons.
