MOMOTARO JEANS is a brand born in Kojima, (Okayama prefecture, Japan), in 2006 that sees denim not as a mere fashion item, but as a beautiful “tool” that enriches one's life, lifestyle, and spirit, and creates a particular look, as the wearer's days change over time. MOMOTARO jeans are the result of a deep understanding of denim materials by craftsmen in Okayama, one of the most prominent textile producing areas in Japan, which has continued to develop and grow since the Edo period, and a thorough exploration of every detail of dyeing, weaving, and sewing.

The design of the brand logo incorporates an interpretation of traditional Japanese emblems in the motif of “Momotaro,” a symbol of Okayama folklore and folk art, and “Ai no Hana” (indigo flower).
